An active Protern Pass is required to use the sensor. Connectivity is an optional upgrade and is purchased separately from the Pass.

Live or Live+

Live. 20 MB monthly data allowance, roughly 22 hours of on-hill streaming. The right fit for most individual athletes.
Live+. 30 MB monthly data allowance, roughly 33 hours of on-hill streaming. For athletes with higher training volume, year-round schedules, or back-to-back camps.

Both plans deliver the same real-time experience. The only difference is the monthly data allowance. If you go over, additional data is billed at $0.75 USD per megabyte.

Season or Season+

Season. November 1 to April 30. Northern hemisphere winter only.
Season+. June 1 to May 31. Year-round, including spring and summer glacier camps.

What happens after you order

The connectivity plan is applied to your Protern account automatically. The day your Live sensor turns on for the first time, real-time data starts flowing. Nothing to set up.

For teams of 10 or more
