Live 30

A season of Live connectivity for your Protern Sensor (Live). Real-time run data at the finish, video that comes back with the numbers already on it, and automatic sensor streaming. Ready the day your sensor turns on.

An active Protern Pass is required to use the sensor. Connectivity is an optional upgrade and is purchased separately from the Pass.

Live 20 or Live 30

Live 20. 20 Live hours a month. The right fit for most athletes.
Live 30. 30 Live hours a month. For athletes who train year-round or back to back.

Both plans deliver the same real-time experience. One Live hour is one hour with the sensor on and connected. Live hours reset on the 1st of each month. If yours run out, you can choose to keep connectivity on, and extra Live hours are $0.75 USD each. Switch your sensor off after your last run to save Live hours.

Season or Season+

Season. November 1 to April 30. Northern hemisphere winter only.
Season+. June 1 to May 31. Year-round, including spring and summer glacier camps.

What happens after you order

The connectivity plan is applied to your Protern account automatically. The day your Live sensor turns on for the first time, real-time data starts flowing. Nothing to set up.

Team pools and team rates

When two or more Season or Season+ plans are paid for together, every athlete's Live hours go into one team pool. Teams of 10 or more sensors that pay Protern directly also get team-direct billing and team connectivity rates. The plans on this page show individual retail pricing.
